Concierge Services
We acknowledge the profound impact of mental illness on individuals and their loved ones. No one should have to endure the burden of untreated mental health conditions, which can strain relationships and hinder overall well-being. Mental illness is a genuine and debilitating condition, and our mission is to help you overcome it and regain a fulfilling and balanced life.

Intervention

When someone is addicted to alcohol or drugs, the immediate and systemic negative effects are not just felt by the substance user. Addiction inevitably affects those closest to the substance user and can be equally devastating to the family members and their quality of life.
Families, often in uncharted territory, begin the coping process with maladaptive thoughts and strategies. The addicted loved one seeks to manipulate and mold the family into a counterproductive mechanism that provides comfort to the substance user while sowing confusion, anger, and uncertainty within the family.
The process of intervention seeks to help families understand why they have waited as long as they have before trying something different. Substance users are almost never able to manage their addiction on their own.
Client Transport

Leaving an addiction treatment program or traveling to a treatment center presents a significant risk for individuals in addiction recovery. Some may be tempted to give in to their addiction “just one last time” or mistakenly think they’ve gained control over their addiction. Without the right support, weeks or months of progress on the road to recovery can dissolve with one trip gone wrong.
Comprehensive Evaluations, Assessments & Treatment Placement

Assesments & Evaluation- Proper assessments and evaluation along with collecting all medical hospitalizations, pharmaceutical needs, trauma, family history and more ensures proper placement for your loved one.
This process cuts out multiple evaluations and enables our team to make the process of treatment selection seamless, less confusing and helps to find the best fit for your loved one.

Aftercare Planning

Aftercare is critical to a healthy sustained long term recovery. A Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) is a nonclinical professional that has lived experience with addiction and engages, educates and supports an individual to successfully recover from mental and/or substance use disorders. Peer Recovery Coaches incorporate a range of evidence-based practices including peer recovery support, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based case management to mobilize the patient’s strengths in service to their goals for recovery. PRCs work with patients to develop Recovery Case Management Plans that address unmet needs for transportation, housing, nutrition, income supports, medical care, legal assistance, personal safety, emotional support, and other factors affecting the patient’s health, well-being, and ability to engage in and remain in outpatient MAT.
